Welcome to the official website for BLOK Professional Dance Troupe 
BLOK Dance Troupe, a group of 18 professional female dancers from Central Scotland. The troupe are professionally trained to a high standard in a variety of dance styles which include Hip Hop, Cheerleading, Freestyle, Latin American, Salsa and Rock & Roll. The BLOK dancers are professional and reliable and cover all aspect of promotional work ranging from sporting events to charity work.

In Aid of the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice Kay Lang was the professional dance partner of Scottish celebrity Charan Gill on Strictly Come Dancing in aid of the Prince and Princes or Wales Hospice!

BBC3 MOVE LIKE MICHAEL JACKSON 
BLOK Pro Dance Troupe have been successful in reaching the studio semi final of BBC3's new TV show Move Like Michael Jackson. The 8 BLOK members representing the troupe were invited to audition for the show in front of judge and renowned Casting Director Mark Summers. BLOK were selected from thousands of dancers from all over the UK to compete against the other final 15 acts.
